RD Management Welcomes Wayback Burgers to Shops at Tech Ridge in Austin, TX

RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real-estate development and management organizations, announced today it has signed a lease with Wayback Burgers at its Shops at Tech Ridge in Austin, Texas. Wayback Burgers will occupy 1,633 square feet of the 504,153-square-foot center and join tenants including Floor & Décor, Fitness Connection, Ross Stores, Toys “R” Us, and Conn’s HomePlus.
Shops at Tech Ridge is located in Travis County at 12901 I-35 South and Parmer Lane. The center can be accessed from I-35 Frontage Road and Center Ridge Drive, and has three multi-tenant pylon signs making it highly visible to drivers. 3M is moving its Austin regional operations and 800 employees to a 272,000-square-foot office building called Parmer 3.3 one mile from Shops at Tech Ridge by the first quarter of 2019. The property is also situated in close proximity to Dell Parmer South Campus, a General Motors corporate office, and surrounded by an additional 750,000 square feet of complementary retail. This will include a 10-screen AMC Theatres adjacent to the center come 2019.
