“Parsippany is consistently ranked one of the best places to live in the country, and its residents, as well as its employees, are deserving of this brand-new, beautiful retail center that will cater to all of their lifestyle needs,” said Richard Birdoff, principal and president of RD Management. “Waterview Marketplace is developed for the future of retail, offering a dynamic mix of large and small retailers and a state-of-the-art Whole Foods Market as its anchor. Orangetheory Fitness, Homesense, and The Paper Store are just the latest additions that will draw even more traffic to the center and ultimately enhance the overall shopping experience.”

“We are pleased that high-quality businesses such as Orangetheory, Homesense and The Paper Store are choosing to join Whole Foods Market and Ulta Beauty as some of our first retail tenants at Waterview Marketplace,” said Joseph M. Forgione, Founder and Principal of JMF Properties. “We remain committed, not only to the continued growth of the property, but to providing a balanced retail mix that will be a resource to local residents and consumers for years to come.”
