- Work with ownership to strategize goals for maximum value.
- Conduct local retail analysis to identify market conditions, determine appropriate tenant mix and establish rent guidelines for maximum income potential.
- Solicit tenants through aggressive marketing campaigns in all possible forms: email blasts, cold calling, in-person canvassing, advertising on local and national levels, brokerage contacts and above all, tapping into the expansive network of contacts we already have.
- Keep informed of potential markets and the competition.
- Notify owners and tenants of corrective or remedial action needed to respond to changes in market trends.
- Create and update marketing reports.
- Negotiate leases from start to finish.
