RD Management and RIPCO Real Estate Welcome Provisions Natural Foods Market & Cafe to The Mill in Water Mill, NY

A popular Sag Harbor-based organic market is the newest addition to Southampton’s hub for health and wellness
RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real estate development and management organizations, and its partner RIPCO Real Estate, announced today the lease signing of Provisions Natural Foods Market & Cafe at The Mill in Water Mill, New York. Provisions will occupy a 7,168-square-foot building. The space was previously occupied by Citarella when the project was initially developed. Provisions is expected to open in summer 2019.

We look forward to further diversifying our roster of businesses with additions like specialty apparel and home furnishing retailers and expect the finished product to resonate well with the local community and its visitors later this year.”
The Mill, a 29,314-square-foot shopping center, welcomes Provisions’ second location. The Hamptons-based business opened its doors in Sag Harbor over 30 years ago and has since grown from a health food store to a full-scale grocery store and cafe. A Sag-Harbor favorite, the retailer supports local farms and sells only the finest organic fruits and vegetables.

The Mill is located at 760 Montauk Highway in Water Mill, a hamlet of the town of Southampton in Suffolk County, New York. With an ideal spot at the intersection of Montauk Highway (Route 27A) and Station Road in the affluent Eastern Long Island, the neighborhood shopping center is a convenient stop for Water Mill residents and travelers to The Hamptons. Other major businesses at The Mill include Soul Cycle and Bistro Ete, along with a selection of Pilates, hydrotherapy, and cryotherapy retailers.
