New retail and dining tenants to occupy over 30,000 SF of the community shopping center
RD Management LLC, one of the nation’s largest privately held real-estate development and management organizations, today announced three new lease signings at Marketplace at Rivergate — a 111,879-square-foot shopping center in Nashville, Tennessee. The three new tenants include: Aaron’s, a furniture, electronics, and appliances discount store scheduled to open Q2 2022; Twin Peaks Restaurant, a local sports bar and restaurant scheduled to open Q2 2022; and Rainbow Shops, a women’s retail apparel chain that opened October 2021.
