Stop & Shop to Join Milford Crossing in Milford, MA

RD Management LLC has entered into a lease agreement with Stop & Shop at Milford Crossing in Milford, Massachusetts. Stop & Shop will occupy 66,000 square feet of the 136,675-square-foot shopping center and is expected to open in fall 2017.
Milford Crossing is located at 120-128 Medway Road at the intersection of Medway Road and Beaver Street. Plans for the center include a renovation of the former Kmart and gym on the property for several new anchors including Stop & Shop, the construction of a new 20,000-square-foot center, and a 6,000-square-foot addition onto the existing strip center, which will be refurbished.
“Stop & Shop is a repeat customer with whom we have a very good relationship. Stop & Shop will end up with a new state-of-the-art store and we will end up with a fantastic anchor to the shopping center. It is a win/win combination,” said Roger Hirschhorn, senior vice president of RD Management.
